RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Hullabalooo, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. Because the majority of our pieces are carefully made-to-order, we do not offer monetary refunds to your original payment method. Instead, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit to ensure you find a product that perfectly suits you.

1. Eligibility for Exchange & Store Credit

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit subject to the following conditions:

  • Notification Window: You must notify us of your intent to exchange within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and pristine condition. Products with damage, stains, marks, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • Value of Exchange: Exchanges are only applicable for products of equal or greater value. If you select an item of greater value, you will be invoiced for the price difference.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer not to exchange immediately, we will issue a Store Credit for the value of the item. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and operational reasons, the following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during a Sale or promotional event.
  • Customized or heavily personalized orders.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items in Transit

We inspect every item before dispatch, but if your product has been hampered or damaged during transportation, please follow this protocol:

  • 48-Hour Notice: You must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
  • Return Window: The damaged item must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date. Failure to meet this timeline relieves Hullabalooo of liability.
  • Resolution: Upon receiving the item, our team will investigate the damage. We will repair the merchandise and courier it back to your designated address.
  • Shipping Costs for Damage: The customer is responsible for the initial cost of shipping the damaged product back to our warehouse. Hullabalooo will bear the shipping expenses to return the repaired merchandise to you.

4. One-Month Hardware Warranty (Wear & Tear)

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If any hardware (such as locks, studs, screws, buckles, or straps) fails or gets damaged due to normal usage, we offer complimentary repair services within one month (30 days) from the date of your receipt of the merchandise.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Online Purchases Only: This policy applies strictly to direct online sales made through the official Hullabalooo website. It does not cover purchases made through physical retail outlets, pop-ups, or third-party stockists.
  • Return Shipping: Except where explicitly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Hullabalooo is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
