2. PAYMENT

All references to Rupee on this website are in Indian currency. Indian prices are different from International prices due to taxes/duties, and the laws of the countries they have been bought from. In cases of International shipping, prices may vary when logging into the site from different postal codes and locations. Prices are subject to change at any time, without any notifications. All rights to change prices are reserved by The Hullabalooo.

Prices of products available at retail outlets are only available within India. No product can be sold for Indian prices outside the country.

Once you arrive at the Payment page during Checkout, be sure to review your Order Summary (i.e., your Product, Size, Colour, and Shipping Address) before you click on “Payment Options”. You can also choose to avail of the Promotion Code, Discount Code, or use your Store Credit. You can click back to make adjustments at any time. If everything seems fine, click “Payment Options” to make the final payment.

3. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

Once you have used your card, there is a lag to your payment reaching the bank and confirmation received by our payment gateway. In most cases, the payments are received well in time, but there are instances where there is a downtime on the issuing bank’s server due to maintenance or other technical faults. In the event that this happens, your payment request is turned down. You will then hear from our Customer Care who will help you through the process.

4. ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 12-18 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love any product that you buy from us, and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a e-mail at returns@thehullabalooo.com  and we will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours 

The product bought will only be accepted for replacement if they are intimated within 3 days after delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains, or marks whatsoever.

Note: Replacement is only applicable with products of equal price value or more. If you select an item of greater value, you will be invoiced for the price difference.

In case of damage: Any product that has been hampered or damaged during transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else The Hullabalooo will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise, and courier it back to the designated address.

In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged (such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps), it will only be repaired within a period of one month from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.

The Hullabalooo acknowledges the return of products only limited to direct sales between the vendor and consumer. This only entails online sales, and not through retail outlets.

6. Our Shared Responsibilities (Liability & Disclaimers)

We believe in complete transparency. While we strive to provide the best possible experience and products at The Hullabalooo, there are a few legal boundaries we need to set to protect both our business and you as a consumer.

1. Website Information & Availability

• Accuracy: We work hard to ensure all information on our website is completely accurate and up-to-date. However, human errors or omissions can occasionally happen, and we provide this information “as is.”
• Availability: Sometimes, the website might be down for maintenance, or certain displayed products may unexpectedly go out of stock.

The Nature of Our Materials: We pride ourselves on using premium, specialized materials like Bamboo, pure linen, high-quality premium cotton and intricate hand embroidery. By nature, these are delicate materials that require a higher level of attention, effort, and specific care than standard everyday fabrics.

Your Responsibility: Once a product is delivered to you, its ongoing management, maintenance, and handling become your sole responsibility.

Limitation of Liability: Because the lifespan of these specialized fabrics depends entirely on how they are treated, The Hullabalooo cannot be held legally liable for:

• Normal wear and tear over time.
• Deterioration resulting from everyday use, rough handling, improper washing, ironing, or a failure to strictly adhere to the specific care instructions provided with the product
